Work: I built and scaled an internal creative team of 12 with an annual production budget of over $1.2M, producing social first campaigns that reshaped Walmart's digital brand footprint and set new benchmarks for retail social engagement. I led creative strategy for the brand's TikTok launch, growing the account to 1M+ followers within months, and helped grow Instagram by more than 600K followers through audience first creative designed to reach people at scale. The harder job was making a Fortune 1 retailer feel like somewhere people actually wanted to be.
