Brief: Both InStyle and People magazines needed a digital, more mobile edition to maintain their dominance in their respective categories, and help cultivate a new generation of readers.
Solution: Create tablet editions that allow readers to buy single copies and subscriptions, with access to back issues and special digital only features.
My Role: I designed UX elements for each version and title, along with layouts and covers. I also worked with IT to create templates and establish best practices that were implemented company wide. In addition, I and also trained departments on best practices and roll out strategy of this once new technology.
